All Dazelane orders will be processed within 48 hrs of order placement. So if you raise a request for cancellation within 12 hrs of order placement, the order can be canceled
Just have to fill out the cancellation request form on our website . Our team will take care of the rest. There is no other way of canceling the order
Post 12 hours , No cancellation request will be entertained
Once cancellation is processed, the payment will be revised to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
Customized Orders cannot be canceled.
