Dazelane offers a 6-month warranty to address any tarnishing concerns with our jewelry, provided that the customer follows the care instructions outlined in the Dazelane Jewelry Guide.
To initiate a warranty claim, please adhere to the following steps:
- Take a photo of the item and send it to us via email. Email: hello@dazelane.co with your order number, warranty card, photo evidence, and the claim details.
- You will need to self-ship the product to our official address and share the courier details with AWB number via email.
- Once we receive the product, our expert team will perform a thorough quality check. If we can resolve the issue satisfactorily, we will repair the product and send it back to you.
- If our experts determine that the product is beyond repair, we will refund you the product's value in the form of store credit, valid for 3 months from the issue date.
- Please note that we do not offer cash refunds for warranty issues.
- The amount of store credit depends on the time period you've had the product. The value will be as specified below, less any other charges if spent on shipping / customization:
- Within the first month: 100% of the invoice value
- 2-3 months: 75% of the invoice value
- 3-4 months: 50% of the invoice value
- 4-6 months: 25% of the invoice value
- After 6 months: Not eligible
What is NOT covered in our warranty policies:
- Damage or breakage when the jewelry is not in our possession.
- Jewelry that has been resized or altered by a third party.
- Misuse of the product that caused the problem.
- Knowing of or being aware of any faults before purchasing the product.
- Damage to stones/enamel/plating due to mishandling/improper storage.
- Our warranty does not cover loss, general wear and tear, or improper jewelry storage.
- Warranty is not applicable to any product which is purely handcrafted.
