At Dazelane, we want your shopping experience to be as hassle-free and straightforward as possible. We believe that everything should be taken care of, just like your precious jewelry.
That's why we offer a 7-day free return and refund policy, allowing you to make returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
Before initiating a return, please make sure that:
- The product is in good condition , unworn
- The packaging, tags, and cards are intact.
We understand that trying on your jewelry is essential, so go ahead and open the packaging and give it a try. We always strive to help you find your perfect piece that brings joy to you.
Initiating Return:
If you are sure about returning , then please fill the return form (keep your invoice handy while filling)
It is mandatory to upload a photograph of the product along with the packaging.
In the unlikely event that you receive an empty parcel or a missing product or the product arrived in damaged condition, we would request you to reach out to our customer support team for assistance within 6 hours of the package being delivered. We will be requiring a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel (including the courier bag being in sealed condition) for us to process the request further. Please note that insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the packet may result in your claim not being honored. In all such cases, the brand reserves the right to take the final decision.
Once your return request is submitted, our expert team will promptly get in touch with you via email, WhatsApp, or phone call to guide you through the next steps.
After our Quality Control (QC) team approves your return request, we'll take care of everything for you, making the process truly hassle-free.
We'll arrange a free reverse pickup for most pin codes. In the rare event that your pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, you'll need to self-ship the product. We'll keep you informed in such cases.
To ensure a smooth return process:
Once the return is confirmed, you'll receive details about the pickup.
Please ensure the product is prepared and ready for collection in its original packaging.
Please be available at the designated pickup location to hand over the item to our delivery partner, ensuring a smooth collection. In case you are not available ,ensure that someone is available on your behalf.
Upon receiving the product, our QC team will inspect it for any damage. Any item that shows sign of wear/use or has been altered, resized (by a jeweler other than the company) or damaged cannot be accepted for 7-day return/exchange. In such cases we will intimate you and we will again send back the jewelry at an additional cost of Rs 200, which needs to be borne by the customer.
We prioritize timely refunds and will make every effort to expedite the process. However, please bear with us, as it may take some time for the refund to reflect in your account.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding the status of your refund, our dedicated customer support team is always here to assist you. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your patience throughout the refund process.
What cannot be returned:
- Some things can't come back to us for hygiene and safety reasons, like pierced earrings or personalized items. We'll always let you know on the product page if that’s the case.
- Once you have placed an exchange for a product, return is not applicable on the exchanged product.
- Customized orders cannot be returned, unless the product got damaged during transit. In that case , we recommend customer to take an unboxing video and share it with us via the return form on the same day of receiving the order
- If a product is damaged , worn or altered
- Product which are sold during sale events / clearance sale/ sale promotions such as BOGO hosted by the brand or the platform(s)
- Product sent to the customer as compliment from the brand
- Accessories/ Add ons such as hamper, gift box etc.
Please note that the brand reserves the right to decisions with respect to the product, services offered and policies.
Exchange
- Exchange is available only in case the product received in damaged condition. In such cases, the damaged product will be exchanged for a new piece in the same design. This is subject to availability of the product and this will be decided on a case to case basis.
- For exchange in the above case, please fill the return form. The process follows the same as that of returns.
- Once the product received undergoes QC check and is declared by our expert as eligible for exchange,Our customer team will get in touch on the next steps
